Job Description
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
Promote property listings to prospective buyers using various marketing techniques.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
3. Property Management and Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with comprehensive information about the properties.
Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and market trends.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in CRM systems.
