Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Functional Associate to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring the CRM platform meets organizational goals. This role involves gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and providing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation & Configuration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Dynamics CRM solutions.
Configure CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
Customize Dynamics CRM workflows, forms, views, and dashboards to align with business processes.
Collaborate with developers to define technical requirements for customizations and integrations.
User Support & Training:
Provide end-user training and create documentation for CRM processes and best practices.
Support users with day-to-day CRM issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits and migrations.
Design and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights for business decision-making.
Monitor and manage CRM system performance and data security.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
Assist in developing project plans and timelines for CRM implementations and updates.
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve CRM functionalities.
System Upgrades & Enhancements:
Stay updated on the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency.
Test and validate new features, integrations, and system updates.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a Dynamics CRM functional role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM customization, workflows, and business process flows.
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Understanding of CRM integrations with other Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Skills:
Dynamics 365 CRM certification (e.g., MB-210, MB-240).
Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and data migration tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe.
Familiarity with customer relationship management best practices.
