Job Description (Summary):
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand loyalty, awareness, and engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media platforms, digital analytics, and content creation to enhance the organization’s digital presence and meet business objectives.
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
Oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, including databases, emails, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the retail business manager to plan and execute digital strategies for sales and conversion.
Social Media & Branding:
Develop and manage content for the website and social media platforms to ensure quality standards.
Monitor all social media platforms regularly and provide monthly performance analysis reports.
Increase social media platform visits, evaluate metrics, and tailor strategies accordingly.
Oversee contests, giveaways, and other digital projects to drive engagement.
SEO & Analytics:
Conduct SEO campaigns to boost website traffic and optimize content.
Evaluate critical metrics that affect website traffic and audience engagement.
Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.
Creative & Trend Adaptation:
Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
Keep up-to-date with global trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Ensure visual designs and digital interfaces align with brand standards.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and submit reports on digital, social media, and branding activities to the Managing Director.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
