Job Description
1.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
2. To facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure.
3.To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
4.To monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
5.Promote and sell architectural paints to key decision-makers involved in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
6.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through site visits, presentations, and relationship management.
7.To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
8.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions in line with company policies.
Education Qualification/ Other Soft Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of sales experience in architectural paints, building materials, or construction-related industries.
3. Strong network of contacts within the construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
4. Good understanding of paint products, specifications, application methods, and industry trends.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Target-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings.
9. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
10. Self motivated, result driven and able to work independently.
