Job Description (Summary)
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This includes resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion phases of projects.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and client relations.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Quality and Risk Management:
Oversee quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry, with significant experience in piling projects.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; MSc is an added advantage.
PMP Certification is mandatory.
