Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Budget: 150- 200 net
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile IT Specialist to manage and support our organization’s technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Respond to helpdesk requests and document solutions in the IT support system.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks on all IT systems.
• Manages in-room technology such as high speed internet access, interactive TV systems, room automation control, and telephone services.
• Support and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Assist with software deployment, updates, and licensing compliance.
• Support staff in using business-critical applications and ensure compatibility with organizational needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Preferred Skill
Experienced with cloud platforms.
