Job Description

The Corporate Affairs Personnel is responsible for managing the internal and external communications of an organization, ensuring alignment with its brand image, corporate goals, and policies. This role involves liaising with stakeholders, media, and the public while maintaining a positive organizational reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communication and Public Relations
1. Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the organization’s public image.
2. Act as the organization’s primary point of contact with media outlets, responding to inquiries and issuing press releases.
3. Organize press conferences, media briefings, and interviews to promote the company’s achievements and initiatives.
4. Draft and edit content for various communications channels, including newsletters, speeches, and corporate reports.
Stakeholder Management
5. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, community groups, and business associations.
6. Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to promote the company’s role in community development.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation
7. Ensure compliance with relevant corporate regulations and laws, managing company registrations and filings with appropriate bodies.
8. Maintain and update corporate governance documents, policies, and procedures.
Event Management
9. Plan and manage corporate events, seminars, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
10. Represent the organization at external functions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Brand and Reputation Management
11. Monitor public perception of the company and address issues that may affect the organization’s reputation.
12. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent corporate messaging.
