AI Prompt Engineer/Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities:

- Prompt Engineering to create complex AI powered expert personalities
- Avatar Customization: Help clients customize their Avatars with unique personalities and private reference libraries, reflecting their coaching approach and expertise.
- Content Upload and Management
- Specific Tools/Technologies: Utilize the MaxGood.work platform for content upload and management.
- Content Types: Upload various content types, including blog posts, articles, training materials, and other content relevant to MaxGood.work's AI-powered platform
- Formatting Standards: Ensure all uploaded content adheres to established formatting guidelines.
- Specific Tools/Technologies: Utilize a database (DB) for managing client information and Essential Avatar creation.
- Client Support: Assist clients in creating their Essential Avatars by guiding them through the process and answering any questions they may have.
- Content Upload Assistance: Assist clients in uploading their own content to their Essential Avatars, ensuring it is correctly integrated and formatted.
- Platform Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions about the MaxGood.work platform and its features.
