Job Description
Location: Lagos / Hybrid
Salary: 780k fixed. 420k Bonus .
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
o Drive, secure, and close high-impact rent and sales deals.
o Actively engage and negotiate with prospective clients to finalize property sales and rentals.
o Provide property tours and facilitate seamless transactions for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
o Secure rent listings and sales listings for onboarding onto the Homes platform.
o Maintain an updated database of properties for rent, sale, and shortlet opportunities.
o Ensure all listings meet platform requirements for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
o Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants to foster trust and repeat business.
o Provide professional guidance to clients throughout their real estate journey.
o Leverage the Interswitch brand and Homes platform to attract clients and increase deal closures.
o Develop and implement strategies to promote available properties through offline and online channels.
o Conduct property viewings and virtual tours where necessary to showcase listings to potential clients.
o Stay updated on current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
o Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, opportunities, and challenges.
o Track, document, and report progress on monthly targets.
o Submit performance reports and key milestones to the Homes management team.
Qualification and Grade requirements:
1. Age requirement: Minimum 21 years
Minimum of a HND or its equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with evidence of prior sales achievements, will be considered.
Availability:
Agents must have flexibility to attend client meetings and property visits during and outside business hours.
Technology Requirements:
Agents must own a smartphone and have consistent access to the internet for platform usage and communication.
