Business Development Officer

We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Strategist with a track record in sales to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3yrs experience as a Business Development Officer
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
