Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officers with a strong background in services sales, particularly in insurance, banking, HMO, or related industries. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the services sector, with a focus on insurance, banking, HMO, and related industries.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in services sales, preferably in insurance, banking, HMO, or related industries.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and provide innovative solutions.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
6. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
7. Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
