Job Description

• Monthly preparation of staff payroll and salary schedules for the bank for payment.
• Monthly preparation and sending out of payslip.
• Preparation and sending out of invoices as at when due.
• Review of monthly timesheets.
• Timely addressing of financial/account related issues with employees, clients, bank, and vendors.
• Monthly preparation of staff pension contribution schedule for all pension fund administrators (PFAs) and subsequent payments of the pension.
• Monthly payments of VAT and filing with FIRS.
• Monthly payments of PAYE schedules and subsequent payment of PAYE to RIRS.
• Monthly preparation of management accounts (especially statement of profit or loss and statement of financial position) and communicating such to management.
