Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Online Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Ond/Hnd and BSc in relevant field
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using online communication tools and customer service software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
Knowledge of the industry and relevant products/services.
Salary:
90.000,00 NGN Monthly
