About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

4. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.

6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

7. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting.

2. Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
