Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in Zoho software to manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with the management team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and external stakeholders
- Maintain expertise in Zoho software and leverage its features to streamline financial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Must be ICAN chartered.
- Proven expertise in Zoho software, including Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
