Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development officer to expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth
- The Business Development officer will develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits, identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals.
- Build relationships with potential partners and clients, and help develop strategies for expansion in the financial sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to increase revenue.
-Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
-Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
-Develop business development, marketing plans and growth strategy in collaboration with Management to achieve set revenue goals.
-Build referral and lead generation network, arrange business meetings with prospective clients to increase income generation.
-Developing business proposals and presentations to draw in more revenue from clients. Upselling and cross-selling the Company’s products to clients.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, keep records of sales, revenue and invoices. Curate monthly - quarterly reports.
-Define and follow-up on monthly and yearly targets/objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Sales or other relevant field
-Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience
-Strong client relationship management skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
-Market research, strategy and business reporting
-Proven ability to work independently
-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
-Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
