Position: Executive Assistant

Job Description (Summary)
As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the office of the CEO, coordinate their itinerary and meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports. You will also represent the CEO in select meetings and provide support in strategic planning and communication activities.
Executive Support:
Manage the office of the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Plan and manage the CEO’s itinerary, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare detailed reports as required.
Representation and Communication:
Represent the CEO in selected meetings, ensuring professionalism and effective communication.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative and Analytical Functions:
Maintain and organize documents, records, and correspondence.
Utilize data analysis tools and prepare insights to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
A first degree in any sciences, arts, or social sciences discipline.
Relevant professional certifications
5-8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Director (C-Suite)
Excellent communication skills
Sociable, professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
Excellent Writing skills.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and Microsoft office tools
Knowledge of itinerary and meeting management tools
Excellent networking skills

Budget: Open to Negotiation
