Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, leveraging this expertise to drive business expansion, innovation, and revenue growth through targeted market analysis, competitive insights, and solution-oriented approaches.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitor analysis.
Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies. Develop and manage business cases for new opportunities, including financial modelling and ROI analysis.
Negotiate partnerships and contracts with clients and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualification/Experience/Key Attributes
Minimum of 2years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within oil & gas or engineering industry.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A master’s degree in any of the fields indicated above or in business administration/financial management will be a plus.
Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
