Job Description

1. Transcribe and document high level meetings, ensuring legal accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
3. Supervise junior secretarial staff and provide mentorship.
4. Manage confidential client and financial information with the utmost discretion.
5. Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.
6. Support senior legal executives with advanced administrative tasks, including project management and compliance reporting.
7. Compile and verify documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field.
2. Must have 10-15 years of experience focusing on mortgage banking or related financial services.
3. A certificate would be an added advantage (e.g. ICSR)
4. Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking regulations, and legal procedures
5. Proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills.
6. Expertise in MS Office Suite, transcription tools, and legal software.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
