Job Description
*Location* : Lekki/ Ajah, Lagos State.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.
*REQUIREMENTS*
• Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
