Job Description
● Responsibilities include but not limited to:
○ Develop engaging animated content for diverse marketing platforms—social media, blogs, paid ads, and campaigns—delivering polished, brand-enhancing assets that captivate audiences. Manage projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines, ensuring consistent brand representation.
○ Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, design, development, and business) to guarantee design coherence and alignment with brand goals.
○ Iterate on designs using feedback and data, proactively shaping creative strategy. Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on refining and elevating brand guidelines.
○ Maintain and update the company's content library.
○ Produce video presentations that effectively communicate the company's vision and mission for conferences and internal use.
● You must possess:
○ Possess 6+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design, including workflow management and adherence to brand visual guidelines.
○ Present a strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles, effectively communicating intended messages.
○ Demonstrate expertise in fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, and branding), with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.
○ Proven ability to convey brand messaging through short, impactful videos optimized for social media engagement.
○ Expert knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter), including evolving formats, trends, filters, and platform-specific best practices.
○ Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and defending design choices in complex situations.
○ Knowledge of AI and editing tools for video and animation production.
○ Proficient in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace.
○ Expertise in fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding, with the ability to articulate design thinking and rationale
○ Proven experience in marketing design, print design
○ Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva.
○ Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to brainstorm and iterate with stakeholders and fellow designers and developers. enhancing the overall brand identity and guidelines
○ Expertise in key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), with a solid understanding of evolving formats, trends and best practices for each
