Ecommerce Manager

• Overseeing Design, Developments and Optimization of the platform
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support seamless user experience and
• Driving the overall sales performance of the platform
• Define and revise order fulfilment policies.
• Develop and implement a roadmap to drive business performance and growth
• Develop new service operations for business optimization.
• Oversee and manage the teams responsible for the on-boarding of new and existing B2Bs & B2Cs
• Develop and define sales pan and targets and lead respective sales teams
• Oversee the designs and implementation of contents for promos/ads with the aim to
• Examine past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Examine service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Examine and advice on the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape.
• Generate business questions based on data analysis.
• Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Identify potential partnerships.
• Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.
• Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.
• Manage and measure the performance of vendors of the platform.
• Manage customer loyalty programmes; coupons, vouchers etc
• Manage the implementation of new technologies.
• Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media contents and campaigns over digital platforms.
• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
• Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools
• Promote service innovation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Marketing Management, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Similar experience with an eCommerce business in Nigeria
• Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to online retailing.
• Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
• Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability and e-market trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and others.
• Expert written and verbal communication
• A strong grasp of modern technology and social media is essential
• An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key to fulfilling the many functions of the job.
• Ability to change strategies and rethink conventional wisdom at any time.
