Creative Assistant

Responsibilities
Attend to clients, assist with consultation, Sketch designs.
Assist the design team with the creation and execution of seasonal collections.
Support in fabric sourcing, mood board creation, and the development of design concepts.
Conduct trend research and keep the team informed on industry developments.
Help prepare design presentations and design briefs for both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and organize design files, ensuring proper documentation of all design assets.
Help with the production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
Assist in organizing photoshoots, from coordinating looks to helping with on-set styling.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the design direction aligns with brand strategy.
Provide administrative support to the creative team, such as scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.

Qualification/ Experience
A degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a creative or design assistant role.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong understanding of current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for women’s fashion.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry
