Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date.
7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.

Requirements:
1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, Master's Degree, NCE, or OND.
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center environment is an asset.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work flexible hours.
Salary:
