Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced HR Assistant specializing in internal controls to support our HR department in maintaining compliance and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and internal control frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Support HR Operations:** Assist in daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- **Internal Controls:** Implement and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with HR policies and related regulations.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare reports for management as needed.
- **Policy Compliance:** Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and assist in the development of HR policies.
- **Audits and Assessments:** Participate in internal audits related to HR processes and recommend improvements.
- **Training and Development:** Assist in the identification and implementation of training programs to enhance employee understanding of internal controls.
- **Employee Support:** Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on internal controls or compliance.
- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with HR software, labor laws, and internal control frameworks.
- **Skills:** Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Certifications:** HR certification is a plus.
