Job Description

**Job Summary:**
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and be able to support our organization's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Staffing:**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

- **Employee Relations:**
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution processes as needed.

- **Performance Management:**
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.

- **Training and Development:**
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.

- **Compliance and Policies:**
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adapt company policies accordingly.

- **HR Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- [3-5] years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
