Job Description

We seek a passionate Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or HND) in Business Administration or a relevant field, and a keen interest in beauty or customer service. You will lead a team, drive business results, and engage effectively on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Address customer and client issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
