Job Description

Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and standards.
Design and innovate new dessert recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Manage inventory and reduce wastage to optimize costs.
Supervise and train kitchen/bakery staff in line with given standards.
Supervise ice cream production process in line with given recipes.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.
