Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly
Job Description:
ZhouCheng Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in the Benin Republic. The ideal candidate must be passionate about cooking and proficient in preparing a wide variety of African delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of African meals to high-quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic and timely manner.
Develop meal plans and recipes that align with company needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, specializing in African cuisine.
Ability to cook various African delicacies, including but not limited to Nigerian, Ghanaian, Togolese, and Beninese dishes.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to the Benin Republic.
