Develop and implement country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with global objectives.
Identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform business strategy.
Establish the company as a leader in the sector through innovative solutions and a customer first approach.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years).
Strong understanding of the country’s market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.
