Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced real estate sales executive to join their sales team to assist clients in buying or selling properties. As a real estate company, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, generating leads, making sales calls, negotiating deals, continuously updating our CRM database, meeting sales targets, building rapport with customers, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, in-person presentations, and phone, we’d like to meet you. This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Abuja.

Job responsibilities:

· Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
· Display and market real property to possible buyers.
· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
· Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
· Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
· Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price.
· Oversee the entire process, from property listing to closing, to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.


Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in the real estate sector
· Degree in marketing and sales or a similar field
· Thorough knowledge of the real estate market
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Strong verbal and written communicator
· Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
· A proven track record of successful sales records
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations
· Proven working experience as a real estate salesperson
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
