Job Description
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior
- Manage buying process and inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and manage budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
- Prepare and present regular reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management or sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 45 years and above
