Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects by leading the team, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project meets its goals while effectively communicating with stakeholders and mitigating potential risks; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for the project team, guiding them through the project lifecycle to achieve successful completion.
Key responsibilities:
1. Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and assigning tasks to team members.
2. Motivating and coaching the project team, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
3. Tracking project expenses, identifying cost variances, and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints.
4. Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues.
5. Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
6. Tracking project milestones, identifying bottlenecks, and taking corrective action as needed.
7. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
8. Providing regular project status updates to management and key stakeholders.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Master's degree in business, Marketing and Economics, from a reputable institution –
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work with a project Management ERP solution
At least 10 years post qualification experience in similar role.
Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Deep understanding of the investment promotion and facilitation sector
