Job Description
We are looking for twelve (12) proactive and goal-oriented Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell investment products to potential clients. The role involves identifying prospects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic efforts. As a key point of contact, you will provide accurate product information, address client inquiries, and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell investment products
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent efforts and strategic planning.
Provide clients with accurate information about products and services, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Stay updated on financial markets economic trends, and investment products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Fund Mobilization Target: Monthly/quarterly funds raised against set goals.
Client Acquisition: Number of new investors onboarded.
Retention Rate: Percentage of repeat investors or renewed investments.
Sales Conversion Rate: Ratio of leads converted into active investors.
Product Knowledge & Compliance: Adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Customer Satisfaction: Measured through feedback and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
1-2 years experience in sales of investment products and actively mobilizing funds.
Experience in direct sales within the financial services, investment, or wealth management industry is an added advantage.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of investment products and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work both in a team and independently and meet sales targets.
