Job Description

Position: Loan Marketer (Field Sales)
Industry: Consumer Finance
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Budget: N100,000 Net Monthly
Benefits:
Transport and airtime allowance included
Commission based on loan value sold
20% base salary increase upon achieving two consecutive months’ target

Job Description (Summary)
As a Loan Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, introducing loan products, and guiding them through the loan application process. Your role will focus on building a reliable client base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization’s loan portfolio.

Client Engagement & Sales:
Actively market loan products to a targeted audience to drive portfolio growth.
Prepare and update prospect lists on a daily or weekly basis, and engage with new clients for business development.

Documentation & Disbursement:
Oversee loan form documentation and manage the loan process through to disbursement.
Provide accurate reports on activities and ensure all client interactions are recorded for easy follow-up.

Target Achievement & Market Analysis:
Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets, achieving profitable sales volumes.
Analyze market trends, providing insights for potential product improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Mandatory field sales experience of 1 to 2 years with a focus on client prospecting and engagement.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Must have completed NYSC.
