Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract potential target audiences.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard potential clients for loan products.
• Inspection: Evaluate clients’ businesses and collateral measures provided for loan facilities.
• Documentation: Assist clients in completing loan application forms and ensure the collection of all necessary documents.
• Address Verification: Conduct verification of loan applicants' and guarantors’ addresses to confirm authenticity.
• Loan Recovery: Follow up with clients for timely loan repayments and proactively manage issues related to defaults.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or a similar role (preferably in a financial institution).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and lending procedures.
• Computer savvy
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Salary Range:
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (with performance-based incentives)
