Work Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off
Job Summary
We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests professionally.
Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Process bills and handle payments.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Key Requirements
Minimum of one year experience as a waiter/waitress.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests professionally.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule.
