About the Role
Monat Play Cafe is looking for a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, managing staff, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for families and children.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage and train staff, creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability.
Organize promotions and events to attract families and build community engagement.

Who You Are:
Experienced in restaurant or café management (minimum 5 years preferred).
Passionate about hospitality and creating welcoming spaces for families.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledgeable about food safety and health regulations.
Organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
