Logistic Officer

Maintain stock levels, update inventory lists, and ensure materials are stored appropriately
Receive and dispatch goods, verify stock movements, and prepare delivery schedules
Oversee supply chain operations, coordinate personnel and processes, and negotiate with suppliers
Plan and organize the storage and movement of goods, and ensure they remain in good quality
Ensure assets are in good condition, and maintain asset condition reports
Enter data into a database, maintain logistics-related databases, and use inventory management software
Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, and work with vendors
Assist with monitoring of all company vehicles across the country.
