Job Description

Role: Human Resources Talent and Performance Officer
Industry: Information and communication technology
Salary:180,000-300,000
Location: Lekki

Responsibility

- Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.⁠
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and
business strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management
and talent development.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including recognition
and reward program

Requirements

HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effective
