Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design & Analysis: Develop structural designs, conduct load calculations, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Project Management: Oversee construction projects, manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality, progress, and adherence to plans.
Material & Risk Assessment: Select appropriate materials, perform risk assessments, and ensure structural integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and government agencies to execute projects efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and national building codes.
Architectural & Structural Design: Develop architectural plans, integrating structural principles for stability and safety.
Project Management: Lead projects, manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Construction Oversight: Supervise construction progress, ensuring design execution aligns with the approved blueprints.
Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local and international building regulations and sustainability standards.
Client Coordination: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in structural design and project management.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and engineering codes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
P.E. (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is an added advantage
