Job Description:
Digital Marketer/New Social Media Supervisor at Bluewave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited

Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on managing and growing the company's social media presence across various platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring engagement, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals; essentially acting as the primary point person for the company's online brand image and community interaction on social media.

Key responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development & Experience With Online Sales:
*Identify target audiences on different social media platforms and tailor content accordingly.
*Create and implement a comprehensive social media calendar with engaging content across platforms.
*Develop social media campaign ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement.
*Monitor industry trends and adapt social media strategies to stay relevant.

Content Creation and Management:
*Generate high-quality content like text posts, images, videos, and infographics relevant to the brand.
*Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms using scheduling tools.
*Manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.

Community Engagement:
*Foster meaningful interactions with followers through comments, replies, and live Q&A sessions.
*Identify and engage with key influencers and potential customers on social media.
*Run social media contests and promotions to boost engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:
*Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversion rates.
*Analyze social media data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
*Generate regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Collaboration with Other Teams:
*Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals.
*Coordinate with the content creation team to produce high-quality content for social media.
*Collaborate with customer service to address customer inquiries on social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
*Excellent content creation and writing skills
*Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
*Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (preferred)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online communities
*Ability to stay updated on emerging social media trends
