Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Allen, Ikeja
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
Salary: 100,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage the digital presence of our paper supply company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness while increasing customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Create and schedule engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with social media algorithms and best practices to maximize visibility and growth.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an FMCG or retail-related industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and graphic design skills.
Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is an added advantage
Salary:
₦120,000.00 Monthly
