Job Description
Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Conduct market research and analyze competitors
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts
Manage and track marketing budget
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
