We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at [Petik Limited / Circle Point Homes]. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms, driving lead generation, optimizing our website for conversions, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with sales goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, manage social media, create engaging video content, run effective ads, and continually review and enhance the company’s digital presence.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will include the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain active social media pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media to maintain a positive company image.
Running Ads & Campaigns:
Create and run paid social media ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and ensure ads are meeting set objectives.
Video Content Creation:
Develop, edit, and publish creative video content for marketing purposes (e.g., promotional videos, tutorials, client testimonials, etc.).
Ensure video content aligns with the company’s brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
Utilize video content across social media platforms and the website to increase engagement and drive leads.
Website Optimization:
Continuously review and optimize the website for better user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure the website is search engine optimized (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Review website analytics to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and track performance over time.
Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and updated with relevant content.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Share insights and collaborate on promotional campaigns to drive leads that support sales goals.
Track, measure, and report on the conversion of leads generated through digital marketing efforts to ensure sales targets are met.
Lead Generation:
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic to the website and landing pages.
Nurture leads through targeted marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze the results of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
Regularly assess website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in [real estate, construction, or relevant industry].
Strong experience with social media platforms, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.), and lead generation strategies.
Experience in video content creation and editing.
Expertise in website optimization, SEO, and ensuring website conversion rates are maximized.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with a sales team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
