Company Director at an Agricultural Industry

The Director of Agriculture Sector will lead and oversee all strategic, operational, and financial activities related to the agricultural operations of the organization. This senior-level role will require a deep understanding of agricultural trends, sustainability practices, and market dynamics, as well as the ability to drive innovation and growth in the sector. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing policies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that the agricultural operations align with the organization’s goals for profitability, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Qualities
1. Should be either a retired senior civil servant or senior person from a well-known private company
2. Should be prominent in the Government circle especially at the Ministries and Agencies
3. Must have deep knowledge on how the Agricultural Industry is run
4. Must be between 45- 56 years of age
5. Must be able to communicate and give deep insights on the role
6. Must be able to enlighten the board on the national policies ad directives
