Company Director in a Packaging Industry

The Director of Packaging Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic, operational, and financial activities of the organization’s packaging division. This senior leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of packaging design, production, materials, and sustainability, as well as the ability to innovate and drive efficiency. The Director will work to optimize packaging processes, improve product quality, meet regulatory requirements, and enhance the organization’s market competitiveness while maintaining profitability and sustainability.

Qualities
1. Should be either a retired senior civil servant or senior person from a well-known private company
2. Should be prominent in the Government circle especially at the Ministries and Agencies
3. Must have deep knowledge on how the Packaging Industry is run
4. Must be between 45- 56 years of age
5. Must be able to communicate and give deep insights on the role
6. Must be able to enlighten the board on the national policies ad directives
