Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product visibility, brand awareness, and market share.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing necessary coaching, training, and feedback to optimize productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure adherence to merchandising standards and market requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations, timely product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all sales policies and procedures are consistently followed to align with company standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven FMCG sales management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
