Job Description
Core Skills
• Proficient in operating conventional lathes and milling machines (manual/semi-automatic) and capable of independently completing part machining.
• Able to read mechanical drawings (CAD drawings preferred) and proficient in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of metal material properties (e.g., steel, aluminum, copper) and mastery of cutting parameter adjustments (speed, feed rate).
• Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot common mechanical failures (e.g., transmission system and hydraulic system issues).
Bonus Skills
• Experience operating grinding machines, drilling machines, and wire-cut EDM machines.
• Basic electrical knowledge to assist electricians in handling simple circuit issues.
• Proficiency in welding (electric welding, TIG welding) or bench fitting skills.
Qualifications & Certifications
• Possession of an intermediate or higher vocational qualification certificate for lathe/milling/bench fitting (e.g., National Occupational Qualification Level 4).
• Special operation certificates (e.g., electrician certificate, welding certificate) are preferred.
Personal Qualities
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and ability to adapt to workshop environments (noise, oil stains, etc.).
• Hands-on ability, logical thinking, and capability to solve problems independently.
• Willingness to work in shifts and accept overtime assignments as needed.
Other Requirements
• Age: 25-45 years (subject to physical labor intensity).
• Good physical health, no color blindness, no fear of heights, and ability to lift items up to 50 kg.
• Local residents or long-term residents preferred.
