Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, well-connected, and driven students in Ogun State and Ibadan to join our team as Student Ambassadors. This role is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about entertainment, event promotion, and networking. As a Student Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand on your campus, helping to create awareness, drive participation, and engage with students to promote the event.

Job Description:
-Act as the official representative of Talnets Beyond
-Promote the talent hunt through word-of-mouth, social media, and peer-to-peer engagement.
-Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content.
-Organize mini-events or info sessions to introduce students to the competition.
-Encourage student participation and assist interested participants with the registration process.
-Provide feedback on student engagement and promotional effectiveness.
-Collaborate with other ambassadors to develop creative marketing strategies.
-Serve as a liaison between students and the organizing team, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
-Attend periodic virtual meetings with the organizing team to report progress and discuss promotional activities.

Job Requirements:
-Must be a current student of any recognized tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, or college of education) in Ogun State or Ibadan.
-Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
-Active presence on social media (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
-Passion for talent development, entertainment, and student engagement.
-Ability to influence peers and drive participation in events.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Previous experience in campus representation, event promotion, or student leadership is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Currently enrolled as a student in Ogun State or Ibadan (this is mandatory; non-students will not be considered).
-Strong interpersonal and public-speaking skills.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms for promotion.
-Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
-Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about student engagement.
